Hi, I’m Frazier Fathers, and I’m running for re-election as your Ward 2 City Councillor.

I have lived and worked in West Windsor for more than a decade, and this community has always been at the heart of what I do. This campaign is no different.

When I was elected in the October 2025 by-election, I said that ten months would not be enough time to fully tackle the challenges facing Ward 2 or maximize the potential of West Windsor. I committed to running again in 2026—and I am fulfilling that commitment.

Before joining City Council, I spent six years with United Way, where I had the privilege of overseeing funding for numerous West Windsor organizations delivering meaningful programs for children, youth, families, and seniors. I also led local consultations for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Plan, helping ensure that community voices shaped millions of dollars in neighbourhood investment connected to a bridge that is now open.

As your Councillor, I have worked to put the community first. I showed up, listened, learned, advocated, and reported back. I will not claim that I solved every problem or made everyone happy, but together, we made progress. Over the past year, I have worked to address both the major issues affecting our city and the smaller concerns that matter on individual streets. From housing, infrastructure, public safety, and neighbourhood investment to property standards, traffic concerns, parks, and everyday municipal services, I have tried to bring a practical and community-focused voice to City Hall. There is still much more work to do.

Over the coming months, I want to hear from residents about what is working, what needs to improve, and how we can move forward as a collection of distinct neighbourhoods and as one Ward 2 community. One of the most important things I have learned over the past year is that meaningful change does not happen overnight. It requires persistence, collaboration, and a willingness to keep showing up. I am here to listen, learn, and advocate for you.
