Just over one year ago, I filed my papers to run in the Ward 2 by-election. At the time, I knew that the short term remaining before the 2026 municipal election would not be enough to fully tackle the challenges facing West Windsor or build on all of the opportunities before us. That is why I made a clear commitment during the campaign: if elected, I would serve with urgency, lay the groundwork for progress, and run again in 2026.

Almost exactly one year later, I am fulfilling that commitment and seeking re-election as Ward 2 City Councillor. Since being sworn in, I have worked to show up, listen, learn, advocate, and report back to residents. We have made meaningful progress, but there is still much more to do to strengthen our neighbourhoods, protect our community from external pressures, and ensure West Windsor receives the attention and investment it deserves.

This campaign is about building on the momentum we have created together. I am asking residents for the opportunity to continue the work we started, follow through on the groundwork already underway, and keep tackling both the major issues facing Ward 2 and the everyday concerns that matter on each street.

Late yesterday, I filed my papers to run for re-election. I will have more information about how you can get involved whether through donations, lit dropping or canvasing in the coming days. You can subscribe to my website below, take a look at what I accomplished in 10 months or follow me on social media to keep track of the campaign.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve Ward 2 and I look forward to the coming conversation.

  1. Frazier, I continue to be impressed with the engagement, energy, and knowledge that you bring to the role of city councillor. I wish I could vote for you but I am not a ward 2 resident.. I will continue to provide modest financial support.

  2. You’ve been always available when we have contacted you regarding anything so, yep! We’ll be supporting your reelection! Thanks

  3. Frazier,
What is happening with Mackenzie Hall parking lot? I think we need to keep this Sandwich Town gem shining for the entire county.

  4. I am so happy to hear this, you are doing great work! You can put a sign on our lawn if you will have them. Message me for address.
    Good luck!

  5. Went to Mic Mac Pool with family yesterday. Attendance is extremely down because of council cutting family support for family passes. It’s not that constituents don’t want to use City Pools. We do. So can you, council and the mayor please stop rigging it to fail. Bring back family passes, turn on outdoor lights each facility has, and have an early evening swim as well. And stop trying to save by not appreciating the professional workers that work for the City. Trimming a budget is one thing, but not to the point where residents can’t afford to use public facilities. Truth is Windsor as a whole has not been better of privatizing our services to save. In fact Windsor is the poorest and most improvised I have ever seen it. Sadly at a time when residents want to have a family experience at the Cities facilities, City council and mayor are making this impossibly complicated n affordable.

  6. You’re trying to be a good councillor. How can I contribute to your campaign?
