About Me

I’ve called West Windsor home for more than a decade, and I’ve been lucky enough to work here too. For six years at United Way Windsor-Essex, I oversaw programs that supported children, families, and seniors in West Windsor and beyond. I also helped lead local policy and advocacy efforts, tackling issues like bulk item pick-up, alley lighting and revitalization, community gardens, and neighbourhood investments.

In 2017, I led the community consultation and idea submissions for the Gordie Howe Community Benefits Program. Thanks to a true collaboration with local residents and community groups, our work resulted in more than $20 million invested in West Windsor.

After leaving United Way in 2021, I co-led a national team under the CMHC Housing Supply Challenge – we produced ADUSearch.ca, a tool mapping zoning rules for 30 municipalities across Canada. For this project, I worked with cities across the country and oversaw legal agreements, data collection, geoprocessing, and mapping for the project. At the same time, I worked on a number of projects at the University of Windsor.

Today, as an independent researcher and consultant, I support local non-profits, healthcare organizations, and community groups with projects that set strategy, measure success, and track impact.

Along the way, I’ve been honoured to be recognized as one of the Atkinson Foundation’s 100 Leading Progressive Advocates in Canada (2019), a finalist for Young Professional of the Year by the Windsor-Essex Chamber of Commerce (2022), and a finalist for the Hunter Prize in Public Policy (2024). You can read some of my writing about the City of Windsor and beyond on my blog.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my partner Rachael and walking my dog Izzy through West Windsor (feel free to say hi if you see us!).
